In which time we developed several advancements to the software in accounting and aftersales.

Accounting

Lind approached us regarding how the system dealt with Vehicle Sales and Vehicle Cost of Sales in the Accounts; specifically how the Dealer Fitted Accessories (DFA) and the Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) costs are posted to the Profit and loss (P&L) and helped develop a more robust and streamlined solution that posted an automatic cost of sale from the Balance Sheet when the vehicle was invoiced, rather than manually clearing the PDI costs from the debtors or when the PDI Job Card was invoiced that resulted in the DFA's and PDI costs hitting the P&L in the same month the vehicle was invoiced.

Aftersales

Lind approached us to streamline their eCommerce sales into the DMS that would save a significant amount of time by importing their website orders to the site that contained the stock for that order - We created a customised version of our Shopify Integration that splits orders according to stock holding of the relevant site.

2022 is looking to bring even more development and business with Lind that will only strengthen our business relationship.
